Tulubhan beach is Located on the windy side of Boracay, during the June to November months wherein the wind and waves are quite strong on White Beach, it is quite calm on Tulubhan. However, sand is not a fine as the other beaches and the water is not as clear. There are many boats docked due to the presence of fishing communities.
